Cast Iron and Char Event

On September 11th one of my favourite people held his 5 course cajun inspired dinner at The Local Kitchen! I doubled as a server/event photographer!

Thank you to the many beautiful amazing supporters who showed up to try Chef Brian Gibbons' creations. And thank you to Chef Scott Dicks of Rural Saskatoon for organizing the event and stepping in as sous chef for the day!
