#311Diner

Before I moved in with Brian, he lived in a house with so much history and character. His home was the original farm house that was owned by the neighbourhood’s namesake Mr. Caswell. I started using the hashtag #CaswellManor when instagramming photos taken at his house to honour that history.

When we got our house we were playing with a number of different hashtags that would represent our home. We tried #LittleYellowHouse (too vague), #TwoDoorsDownFromMom (too long), and #311KeepinItFun. They were all wrong. But then we started a little lunch date tradition.

Brian’s days off are Mondays and Tuesdays and whenever possible, on those days, I run home from work for a nice home cooked meal. Brian might be the cutest man ever and makes a jug of juice that compliments the colour of the meal he is cooking. It’s too cute not to share on the gram,

It was Brian who came up with the hashtag #311Diner. He loves pretending to run a restaurant, even on his days off.
