Expired film in London

I had a funny experience with the lab I bring my colour film to. I dropped off a roll of expired colour film that I shot in London in February and received black and white scans back. Definitely not what I was expecting.

When I asked for the coloured version they of course complied, and the colours were wild! They just thought they were doing me a favour. The black and white versions allow for so much more detail then the coloured ones do.

In the end, I am grateful that they did this because I LOVE comparing the two versions, and I would probably not have thought to edit them to Black and White.
